I moved to a new apartment recently, and before the moving of 1w, I contracted TPG bundle using an agent (Souljapan). The modem was sent just the day of my moving.
However, I have not had a call from the technician to set the day for installation; it already takes over two weeks!
Of course, I called telephone reception repeatedly, but the receptionist only told me “technician would call you soon.”
I am really disappointed with TPG. I can’t do even remote work; I hope you resolve the severe issue soon!

NBN service installation can generally take 10 working days however, we still provide a standard timefame of 2-30 workings days.
This will also depend on the Service Class type or the readiness of the service address.
So we can have a closer look at the progress of the installation, please provide us with your Customer ID or username via private message.
