Cancellation

I am moving house and going onto the OPTICOMM network.

I need to cancel my current TPG service, but cannot find anywhere to cancel.

Tried to call but was on hold for ages.

Please assist.

We're sorry to learn that you're cancelling your service. Send us a private message with your TPG username or Customer ID and we'll go from there.
