Charged when service was disconnected

My ADSL connection was disconnected on February 18 and I was charged $39.99 on February 15 and again on March 15. I was told this would be refunded and I have not heard anything. Please advise.

Your cancellation request likewise the refund are being addressed. I'll send a follow up to our Cancel Team and have an officer to be in touch with you by call/email for update.

Thank you. I was told that the refund would be noted in the cancellation email, but it wasn't. Appreciate the follow up.
