3. Enter your account username, customer ID or mobile number (if TPG mobile user) and then your post code.
4. The temporary password will be sent via Email or SMS.
Note: The post code, email address and mobile number where you wish to receive the temporary password should match our system records.
5. Your temporary password is valid for 30 minutes. Use it to log in to your My Account where you can change your password securely to one of your choosing. Once logged in, go to About Me then click Update Password.
