I want to cancel my internet plan and terminate my account

Hi there,
Please help me with canceling the internet plan and terminate the account urgently. As I am moving to another country, I want discontinue with internet with direct debit charge.

Hi @MingxiaFan, we have finally located the account, however, we note that it's not under your name. As part of our account security, only the account holder can request for termination.

 

We will have our accounts team to contact the account holder on the registered mobile number to confirm this request. Contact will be within the day.

@MingxiaFan One of our accounts specialists tried contacting the account holder however he was unavailable. You can PM us if he has a preferred time for a call or he can call 1300 993 011.

Hi Aubrey,
Thank you so much for what you have done. Was the contact number recorded in you system a home telephone number under the account? Because we have a home telephone before but we haven’t been using for a long time.
Also I literally do not know who the account is belonging to. Was the account under my son’s name :Yijie Xu by any chance?

Hi @MingxiaFan, the account is not under your son's name and the contact number registered is a mobile number. Send us a private message so we can discuss more in details.
