How do I pay my bill after I have updated my details?

I don't have to update my details just to pay my subscription or can you debit my account again.

Hi @Americosantos48

 

We debit the account 7 days before the end of your current bill cycle. If you do not need to change the saved payment method on the account, then our system will just automatically deduct your monthly fee. 

 

If you need to change the card, you may just log in to your TPG online account or follow the steps here: 
Update Credit Card or Direct Debit payment details or Re-try a Failed Payment securely online
