I am a new TPG user. A few hours back, registered for the 5G Home broadband internet. I tried accessing "My Account" on the TPG home page to track my order and its status. But it's redirecting to the home page. I tried to reset my password and still, I'm facing the same issue. Could you please look into the issue. Attaching a screenshot for reference.

Please ensure to use the Account number in logging in to My Account.
You may also send in your Account number via PM so we can check the progress of the order for you.

i am getting exactly the same error with my new 5G account . Multiple emails to TPG and all say the same thing in tyr changing your browser, only use account number and this will send you a temp password. Nothing works. It has now been 5 days.
I am logging this under my current NBN account.
