Get online support
So I was charged for my internet plan the moment I applied however it has come to my attention that it will take another 2 - 6 weeks atleast for the installation to be completed. So for the first month I'm essentially paying for internet I can't use. Is there anything I can do about this?

When you sign up for a service, you are required to pay a fee in advance. However, your billing cycle will not start until your service is activated.
Send us a private message with your Customer ID/username and we'd be glad to check the progress of your installation.
