Is it possible to send verification to email instead of registered phone number? I am overseas with no sms access. Would like to login to account and activate roaming pls
I have the same issue. Can anyone help me with it? We used my son's mobile to set up our service but he is not available now I have followed the correct procedure to change verification number. I was told in an email the number had been changed but it has not. I need to log into my account as our internet speed is very poor and I need to upgrade. Please can someone help as I go round and round in circles

I have same problem I am in oversea at present but want to apply for roaming service, unable login to my accunt to apply the service.
Please help use email verification instead of SMS.
Hi @chimingtam, the OTP you need to login to your account can only be sent via SMS. As you're unable to access your online account, please send us a private message with your mobile number or customer ID so we can look into your account.
