5G Home Broadband dropping out a few times a day

Received 5G Home Broadband Modem (Sagemcom F@st 5866T) about a week ago, started trying out, service activated around midday yesterday (as per email notification)
 
Already have 7 dropouts listed below, in most case it takes about 15-20 minutes and a few reboots until the service is back, please investigate and provide a solution.
 
Noticed when disconnected the Service Provider shown Vodafone while TPG if connected (in the modem UI).
 
I will keep updating the dropouts here
 
03/01/2023 15.30 about 15min, 21.29 about 15 min
04/02/2023 6.55 about 20min, 9.55 restart resolved, 13.58 about 10 min, 14.33 restart resolved, 14.45-21.45 about 7 hours

Have you tried to relocate the modem/router?

When you experience the dropouts, did you notice any changes with the light status of the modem/router?

 

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

Hi @BasilDV,

Thanks for the response, modem relocation performed, when dropout the signal lights are flashing either all 4 or 1/3 alternatively, or no signal at all.

All basic troubleshooting done, i.e. reboot, factory reset, take out/reinsert SIM card etc.

A ticket has been escalated with TRN 12748650, hopefully someone will call me tomorrow to discuss/investigate further.
