This issue has just started again today. Could TPG please unblock my primary TPG email address and stop blocking their own legit TPG email addresses as SPAM? That would be really handy.

Please attach or provide us the error message, but make sure to delete or censor your email address.

Same error as always. The issue hasnt changed from the original post and screenshots
TPG has blocked my TPG email address as SPAM again.
Are you able to send an email via Post Office?
Is this the only device that can't send emails using your TPG email account?

yes i am able to send from webmail. its only blocked from sending via my phone. its the only device i use for it
If your email account was blocked, then you'll receive a different error message.
Could you send me a screenshot of your outgoing mail settings via PM?

Ok, but its not the cause. Ive had the same password for 11 years, and it works fine.
Being my primary email, do i have to change the entire account/internet password?
