Changed plan to nbn50 and internet is not working

Hi

I changed my plan from nbn 12 to nbn 50. I got message as change is completed. I am trying to reconnect now but internet light is not coming up in modem. I’ve been trying for an hour now. How can this be fixed ?

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.
