NBN service class (HFC):
Service Class 20 - Your address is planned to be serviced by Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (HFC). At this stage we cannot place an order for you, but you can visit our page and check your address. You may place a pre-order and we'll be the one to process it as soon as the NBN becomes available.
Service Class 21 - Your address is serviceable by HFC, but there is no lead-in or NTD installed. An NBN technician will be scheduled to install the needed equipment.
Service Class 22 - Your address is serviceable by HFC, has a lead-in but does not have a wall-plate or an NTD installed inside. An NBN technician will be scheduled to install your wall-plate and NTD.
Service Class 23 - Your address is serviceable by HFC, has a lead-in and wall-plate but does not have an NTD installed inside. An NBN technician will be scheduled to install your NTD.
Service Class 24 - Your address is serviceable by HFC. Your connection will only take a few business days to activate remotely.
Your location is tagged under the NBN service class 22 and an NBN technician will install the wall-plate or NTD and provide a splitter.
