Email not recognising my password

Hi, so I changed my tpg password yesterday.

I updated the new password in my Outlook account settings - I have checked and double checked it's the right password, but yet Outlook tells me it can't connect due to the password not being correct.

I also know it's the correct password as I can successfully log into my TPG account using it.

However when I go into the 'Check email at Post Office' function within the TPG account page, and enter the same details, it says it's an invalid user name or password. How can that be?

 

Would apprecaite any help here.

Are you still unable to login using your new password?

Have you tried to login using a different device?

Yes still not working.
Its the same when checking on other device.
As per original message, I can log in to tpg account, with it, but when I'm in there and try to log in to the check email service there, it says username/password incorrect.

Hi,

Just saw the problem you're having.

I've had the same issue since Saturday.

 

Just wondering if it's been resolved as Tech Support has still asn't been able to unlock our email.

We'd like to check how we can be of help. 

  • Do you still have the screenshots of the error you are getting?
  • Have you tried resetting your password?
  • Do you get errors both on TPG Post Office and email client?
