Hi, so I changed my tpg password yesterday.
I updated the new password in my Outlook account settings - I have checked and double checked it's the right password, but yet Outlook tells me it can't connect due to the password not being correct.
I also know it's the correct password as I can successfully log into my TPG account using it.
However when I go into the 'Check email at Post Office' function within the TPG account page, and enter the same details, it says it's an invalid user name or password. How can that be?
Would apprecaite any help here.
Just saw the problem you're having.
I've had the same issue since Saturday.
Just wondering if it's been resolved as Tech Support has still asn't been able to unlock our email.
