High latency on Xbox Live servers

In the last few days my latency on Xbox multiplayer is too high for playing. I have been experiencing more than 150ms. I tryed everything to put this number down like port forwarding, modem reboot, reset modem settings and do not work.

We ran an initial test to the service it shows connected for 7h 36m and no line fault were detected. We'd like to confirm if the XBOX is connected via Wi-Fi if so,  we did an article that you may find helpful. This will guide you on how to improve your wireless connection at home. I tried all your tutorials and nothing change.

My xbox one still showing a latency between 110ms - 190ms

I tryed to use wired and still the same latency

All my other devices show a ping under 10ms:

- laptop wired 7ms
- samsung galaxy WiFi 9ms
- iPhone 08ms

I also tryed:

Use your DNS server and Google DNS server, doesn't change nothing.

Port forwarding with the ports that Microsoft suggest to open for xbox one

I don't know what more I can do.

Are you able to provide us a screenshot with your Xbox one latency test?

 

Also, are you experiencing the high latency with a certain game or all of the games?

 

We'd like to look into it further as you said that only the Xbox is affected by the latency issue.

I play just one game online, PUBG and the ping is the high as well, around 110ms.

How about the latency when you use the Ethernet connection?

 

Also, can you please run the PUBG and provide us the screenshot of the current latency? And on what server are you connected when you play PUBG?

 

We'd like to analyze this further.

Ethernet is the same latency

I'm playing on the OC server, if I tryed NA it's impossible to play.
