We ran an initial test to the service it shows connected for 7h 36m and no line fault were detected. Are you able to provide us a screenshot with your Xbox one latency test?
Also, are you experiencing the high latency with a certain game or all of the games?
We'd like to look into it further as you said that only the Xbox is affected by the latency issue.

How about the latency when you use the Ethernet connection?
Also, can you please run the PUBG and provide us the screenshot of the current latency? And on what server are you connected when you play PUBG?
