I forgot my password to my modem

I cannot get my password to my modem when I changed it

Hi @MaddieD941 . If you have forgotten the admin password to login to router or the password to connect wifi devices, you need to do factory reset back to the details shown on the label. All your other settings are cleared. You will have to do normal config unless the router can auto-configure (if TPG supplied router).

If it's your TPG account password, there is a link on the login page.
