As per the subject,
Internet keeps dropping out daily for about 10 minutes, then it automatically returns back to normal. The router is set up correctly. This is not a wiring problem but rather a backend problem unless there is a fault with the router itself.

When the connection drops out, did you notice any changes with the light status of the modem/router?
What troubleshooting have you tried so far?
Do you have any device that is connected via Wired or you are only connected via WiFi?

I have tried a hard reset of the router, checked all cabling, and connected a single device through a cable to make sure that the wireless devices aren't causing this
@georgesin1 . What about the lights on the router and NBN box when the dropout occurs?
What model router is it?
Are there any messages on the router System Log when dropout occurs?
