Internet/nbn blinking red light

Hi, there was a power outage yesterday for five hours. Since power was back yesterday, I have not been able to connect my internet.
The NBN box has a red blinking light. I have emailed TPG twice and also called the support number and stayed on the line for 10 minutes with no response. It has been nearly 24 hours with no internet.
Does anyone know how to resolve the problem or how to get in contact with TPG support? Thanks!
