same problem had appeaared again ,this is really pathetoc and fustrating .Connection is very unstable and there is frequent drop since last 3 days .
If this problem is not resolved asap I am planning to switch over to other provider

See if as a customer I am complaning that means it is a serious issue .You doing ping pong and checking the connection and claiming to be stable does not help me .
the same thing was said to me 2 months back and after 10-12 emails you guys accepted the fault and provided me additional router . However this again does not solveed my problem
I will tell you the issue , myself I was a network engineer and when I have seen logs in the routher the error it is showing me is DHCP server not available and there is no proper sync and ack happening which is causing the issue .
This was the same issue last time

Problem is still there . Have messaged many time but still no resolution and on top of that I had been charged for the replacement router which was suggested by TPG team to sort my internet issue.
Dont know why I had been charged for rotuer .
This is really shameful and frustrating expereince from my side as a customer of TPG

We've checked the account and was not able tot detect any issues. The modem is getting a good connection sync speed and has been stable for more than a week now.
Are you experiencing the connection dropouts via WiFi or Wired connection?
If via WiFi, then please check these links to improve your home network.

if as a cutomer I am again and again complaining about the internet speed issue that mean it should be something genuine .
you checking from your side does not solved my problem
i have send the logs to technical team almost 3-4 time and in logs it is clearly showing DHCP sync issue service not available so still I dont understand instead of solving the problem every time you are telling that every things is fine from your side and all problem are from my end
during the issue if i m switching to 4G wifi hotspot I dont face any problem
I dont know how much I have to prove that there is something wrong with TPG internet
We'll arrange a call from our Senior tech team tomorrow between 10AM - 12NN for further assistance on this case.
