I have exactly the same issue and it's intensely frustrating. It would be nice if tpg could fix this as I don't want to change providers either.

We strongly recommend to send a sample email to postmaster@tpg.com.au as this needs to be investigated further. Also, your email address might be tagged as Spam by the recipient's email server.
Try to check with them their email address filtering and have yours added to their whitelists for it to direct to their inbox.
