I have now had no connection to the NBN network for approximately 2 weeks now. surviving on mobile data until now, but about to run out. I have already called TPG, who said that this issue would be resolved by 5:30 PM today, but as of 9:22 PM, it is still not working. Fix this issue please, TPG. And furthermore, is it a problem if the DSL light on my Archer 1600V has not turned on with all the other lights?
