Get online support
Recently, my NBN connection has dropping out issue.
Almost everyday, it will drop out occasionally several times.
Each time it will last around 5~10 mins.
It started from 3 weeks ago, and happen more and more often.
Today it even drop out every hour. feel so disappointed

We were able to locate your account using your community details and tested the line, but was not able to detect any fault.
The service shows that it has been stable for 20 hours and counting.
If the dropouts recur, please let us know and will raise this to our Tech team for further testing.

No need to write a new post.
We've tested the line and was able to detect the dropouts, but can't identify if there's an issue within the NBN network.
We've reset your connection remotely and will observe the connection within the day if the issue will persist. Observe the lights of the NBN NTD box once the connection drops out.

The service seems to be stable after the reset, but keep observing the service and update us once the issue persist.
