hi I have change my billing payment to direct debit and it still has not pay my bill and not letting me change it again and i cant make calls untill its done I need help plz

need to pay bill ,cannot get on your phone connection , sending code/password on one option wont work on next ,please ring our home phone as new  mobile is not on your system
