I was on the 12 plan for $65. The last bill was for 69.99 came a week ago; but the speed is still 12. When should see an uptick in speed?

What do we do now
I have got the same issue.
Called the HelpDesk and was recommended to go to NBN Cable Broadband SL Bundle 25 (R) at the same (A69.99/mth). Done over on the phone and was told all completed on the same day.
The upstream speed is improved from 0.9Mbps to around 4.7Mbps but the downstream stays around 12Mbps.
Situation has reported to TPG and rectification pending at time of writing.

I received an email from TPG Customer Service at 11:59 saying :
"...Your speed upgrade will kick in after the current cycle..."
Before sending you a private message, I will wait and see any development in the next couple of days. Hopefully by then all fixed.
