When did you try to connect the modem/router to another wall socket? 

The session of the modem/router did not change as we run a test.

Before i posted a question on here. I had already rebooted the modem several time. But it still keeps at that downstream rate.

Advise us once you've rebooted the modem/router for us to run another line test.

Yeah sure, i will tell you guys once i reboot my router. I am busy now so i may reboot it this night. If that doesnot work with you guys, i will reboot it tomorrow.

@Nguyen1 . You said before you did not want to share internet connection in flat with the house, so a separate connection.

 

Do you have a separate connection for the flat, or is the flat connected fo the house? If so, how have you done it?
