Get online support
I have only had TPG NBN internet for one week and I don't understand why my connection keeps dropping out. I have had to hard reset the modem over a dozen times and several mornings I have woken to find it disconnected. Once I reset the modem it works fine again for a while. Today it has been dropping in and out of connection regularly.
I can still connect fine to the router so it must be a service provider/modem issue. Can someone please look into this for me?
Same here on FTTB in Eastlakes.

We checked your account and tested the line, but was not able to detect any fault.
The modem/router also shows that it's been stable for more than a day now.
When you experience the drops out, did you notice any changes with the light status of the modem/router?
Are you using a WiFi or a Wired connection?
