Anyone else getting very low connection speeds tonight?

We've checked the account and was not able to detect any fault within the NBN network.

We've created an article that will help you troubleshoot a slow speed issue. Check this: Slow speed issue

You may turn off and on the modem/router before you troubleshoot in order to start fresh.
