So much lag

So only days after having my constant dropouts fixed. I am now stuck with constant lag. I cant even load a single web page. This is starting to get ridiculous.

Hi @chimaira56, we have escalated the issue to our Engineering Team and they have lodged a case to Telstra.


Telstra advised us that they have booked a technician anytime between now and 29/Oct/2018 to further investigate this.


Once a report regarding the completion of the technician visit is received from Telstra, you will be contacted by the case engineer.
