Hi,
Similar to a few other people here, I received notification that I would receive a temporary speed boost for 6 months commencing today 06/04/21 however my speed remains unchanged.
Can you please advise when this change will take place or if there's anything I need to do. I can provide evidence of the notification and my account details as required.

I have the same issue as OP. But I'm unable to PM you. I don't have the "Send a message" button when I click on your name. Possible that I don't have permission to PM yet as I just created the account.
@komoku . You need to "sign in" using your Community userid and password. You will then get Send a message button.
