Unable to access email and/or post office

Hi,

For the last few days I have been unable to access my home email (Outlook) or the post office; any ideas?

I tried to phone the helpdesk but that is a total joke; after waiting for 1 hour and 49 minutes I gave up....

Fixed within a few minutes..

Account shut down due to "suspicious activity" .......... huh?

Anyway, took 4 days to reslove..

Hi @adslx34e . Does Outlook produce any error messages when it starts?

With Post Office, do you get the login screen? What happens when you enter your username and password?

In the address line at the top it just says  "failed" and the two login openings go blank

Eventually got through to your helpdesk yesterday (after 35 minutes); unable to help as everyone had gone home!!

This is getting ridiculous....

Please dont ask for my account details as you have them.

What was the solution? I am quite tech savvy and after three hours and attempting various solutions, I was unable to help my dad with his emails- they have been working fine for years and suddenly they stopped last night. Three LOoooNNg waits on care lines- only for it to drop out was so frustrating! Reset password doesn’t work error 408
