There are different types of installation depending on the type of service you applied for.
For ADSL, we quote a timeframe of 10-20 working days whilst for NBN services, it can generally take 10 working days but standard installation timeframe is 2-30 working days.
For us to further assist you, please send us a private message with your TPG customer ID, username and complete address so we can pull up the account.
