Hi mods,

I set up my modem yesterday evening, however, I'm having the same problem.

"Your newly installed broadband equipment is waiting to be automatically configured"

Can you please advise?

Thankyou

Hi @Sir_java,

Welcome to the Community!

From what I can tell, your service is already installed, but it was just taking some time for the router to automatically configure on its own. I have refreshed the connection to see if that will do the trick and it did. Your router is already connected to our server and you should be able to go online at this point.

Let me know if you still require further assistance.

Regards,

Will

Hi @krystenmcg1

Welcome to TPG Community!

When the you reset the router, the settings will go back to its default.

If the device won't reconnect automatically, then you need to reconfigure the router in order to get the internet working.

You may use the instructions here as a guide.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

I can't manually configure it, my laptop doesn't have an Ethernet port, are there any other way?
