when I log on to my outlook I keep getting a message to log on how do I find my password or make a new one

please help thanks  johnb1919

If you cannot remember your password, it is best to perform a password reset via TPG Post Office: https://cyberstore.tpg.com.au/forgot_password.php

 

You may try logging in first to see if the password you have handy is working, otherwise you may proceed in performing the password reset. 

 

Once done, you may try the following the steps on how to set up your email on Outlook app:
