Dear Sir/Madam,
Today's afternoon, the NBN&TPG connected and finished the installation. I received the email that
TPG NBN Service ACTIVE.
The thing is that we used the Telstra many years before. After we choosed the TPG, how can I deal with Telstra. Do I have to go to Telstra shop bu myself to inform them that I do need the telstra anymore and stop their all services? Please tell me what should I do because I just paid them monthly bill last Friday.

Welcome to TPG Community!
Since your TPG NBN service is already installed and active, you need to contact your previous service provider (Telstra) to terminate or discontinue your account with them since you've transferred your service.
You need to contact them immediately to avoid double charges.
