I've had the same problem for almost 5 days. I keep going around in circles between TPG tech support and customer services. No one seems to know what the problem is.

Thanks for raising this with us.
We were able to locate your account using your community details and learned that the outgoing calls is currently suspended, which is why it is not working. This has been raised to our network admin and updates will be given as soon as it becomes available.
