Changed phone number is not valid

Level 1b
I asked you to change my phone number 5 days ago. You emailed back my new number 4 days ago. It’s still not working. Comes up as not valid. Tried the 13 number and they were no help. Next call will be to the ombudsman

7 days now without a phone service. We are pensioners in lock down on Victoria. You promised to call on our mobile but you haven’t.
