My home phone has no dialtone, using NBN
- Restarted router and modem
- Removed the fax from the equation (previously the phone was connected to fax then the modem)
- When we call the home number it says line is busy
- Switched out the phone cables to see if thats the issue
- checked the diagram and cables are correct
