At one point I was forced to reset my VR1600V router to factory defaults. Since that time, or perhaps even before I have been able to dial out on the phone connection but cannot dial in.
Router logs show the following under VOIP error logs
"every IP of the domain has been tried, but we didn't find the correct one!"
