Get online support
My modem has no internet connection. Wifi is fine, and logging into the modem/router settings, it thinks it is connected to the internet. TPG phone support tells me to update the DNS in the modem, when their own support on these forums says this is not possible to change the DNS on a 5G modem. Told that someone will be in touch within 24 hours.
Why is no one able to provide proper support on this? Very frustrating, as now in 24 hours they will make me do the same troubleshooting all over again, before sending me another modem which will take 2 weeks to arrive with Xmas etc.
