Hello may i know whether my current firmware is on the latest version? If it is not please kindly update to the latest version as im facing constant dropout throughout the days.

Upon checking, the firmware details posted is the latest one for the type of technology you're subscribed to. 

Let's find out what's causing the drop outs on your connection. Could you please confirm your service address via private message?

The Internet light completely gone, while the DSL sometimes blinking sometimes gone.
Last time the drop out happened only at peak hour during night time but now it’s becoming so frequent and longer which seriously affects our daily use.
