How do I get a get a firmware upgrade for this model?

The router keeps dropping out.

The current firmware is:

Device ID: 00E0FC-J3N8W17614002244

Hardware version: VER.B

Software version: V100R001C216B112

Yes it is TPG supplied when we swapped from ADSL to FTTB. All with TPG.
