TPG Modem Upgrade

I currently have a Huawei HG658 modem supplied by TPG that is starting to reboot and drop internet connection regularly.

What modem do TPG currently provide new cisutomers and Is this modem an upgrade to my current Huawei?

If it is an upgrade what is the cost and process to get a replacement modem?

Hi @Brad0, 

How long have you been using the modem? Best thing to do is to check your connection first to see if it's causing issues on your service then we proceed on checking the equipment.
