Yout newly installed broadband equipment is awaiting to be automatically configured

Have this message being displayed when trying to connect to internet. Have not had any new equipment installed and tech support over phone was not able to assist. Does anyone have any suggestions.

Hi Mhayes122. Can you log into the router's admin page and check that it still has your config details. PPPoE, username with @TPG.com.au and password. If not FTTP connection, set VLAN ID=2.  Are the normal lights all on?
