Hi, I've been trying to reset my new account (for SIM) and have another account for NBN but repeated attempts using different browser on the PC, and a number of resets the SMS link just will not work and spits out the following error:
"Cannot reset password xxxx with this link 16e161b51e3e405db526a54e60d4d2e1"
Just need to get in to ADD products before I travel overseas. thanks!

I cannot reset my mobile account login password using the link sent to my mobile.
