We were able to locate your account using your community details and tested the line, but was not able to detect any fault within the TPG FTTB network.
Are you experiencing slow speed on all of your devices or just the chromecast? How far is your chromecast from the modem/router? What troubleshooting have you performed?
Have you contacted Google support to check the device connection?
