NBN FTTC drop outs on LAN connection

Hi guys,

In the last week I've been getting random drop outs of the internet that last for a minute then come back, but it will happen again every 2-3 minutes, so I can't really use the internet. Not a wifi issue an I'm connected via LAN, have tried rebooting router and NBN FTTC NCD multiple times to no avail. I think it may be a TPG ISP issue due to the below log from my router. Please help as it keeps kicking me off.

Thanks for raising this with us.

We've tested the line and can't determine if there's an issue within the NBN network.

We've escalated the case to our Engineering team for further investigation and updates will be given via SMS or phone call within 24 to 48 hours.
