Second Phone Point

Hi,

We have had our TPG NBN (FTTC) service activated yesterday and all is working well.

The one exception is that we have a second phone port in the house, and the phone connected to this point does not work.

I called technical support yesterday and the consultant advised that I needed a “home phone receiver”. After some research, I am unable to find any such receivers.

Can you please exactly what I need to install on that second phone point for the second phone to work on the NBN?

We were able to locate your account using your community details and understand that you've been advised about the home phone setup for the NBN FTTC technology.

The handset needs to be connected to the designated port on the TPG modem/router. You may consider getting a base phone, which will give you a number of wireless/cordless handset to be distributed in your premises given that you have a large house.
