I am a new customer and I am still having trouble getting online.
I plugged in my router for the first time last Friday the 25th of May (it is a Netgear AC166 WiFi5).
After a week, I have checked my installation status and it says that ''good news! your service has been installed and ready for use'
but my router is indicating that I have no internet connection (LED light not on)
I have attached some photos for reference. I am not sure what to do next
